Want a fun way to beat the heat and have a blast? Instead of buying multiple packages of water balloons that leave rubber pieces everywhere and can only be used once, make your own, reusable, eco-friendly Sponge Water Bombs! They’re fun for all ages and are great for keeping cool on hot summer days. It’s as easy as one, two, three! All you need are some sponges, fishing line, and a pair of scissors.

STEP ONE cut the colorful sponges into 4 strips (lentgth-wise).

STEP TWO stack them, (try mix and matching the colors for a cooler look!) Then take the fishing line and tie the sponges together super tight.

STEP THREE Fill some tubs of water and you are ready to soak all of your friends!
